UX Researcher

About This Role
We are looking for a UX Researcher to uncover user needs, behaviors, pain points, and decision patterns across websites, landing pages, and digital products. Your research will directly inform design direction, conversion improvements, and product decisions for both internal initiatives and client-facing work.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute research studies that support website, landing page, and digital product decisions
- Conduct user interviews, usability testing, surveys, and behavioral analysis across client and internal projects
- Synthesize findings into clear insights, opportunity areas, and prioritized recommendations
- Create personas, journey maps, workflows, and research documentation that support user-centered decision-making
- Partner with design and development teams to validate concepts, reduce friction, and improve experience quality
- Support conversion-focused initiatives by identifying usability barriers and opportunities for improvement
- Present research findings to internal stakeholders and client teams in a clear, actionable format
- Help establish scalable research practices, documentation standards, and insight-sharing workflows
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Behavioral Science, UX, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in UX research, user research, product research, or conversion-focused digital research
- Strong command of qualitative and quantitative research methods, including interviews, usability studies, surveys, and synthesis
- Experience translating research findings into recommendations for design, content, UX, and product teams
- Ability to create research plans, discussion guides, insights summaries, and stakeholder presentations
- Familiarity with usability platforms, analytics tools, heatmaps, session recordings, and survey tools
- Strong communication skills and confidence presenting findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work collaboratively with designers, developers, strategists, and account teams in a remote setting
