About This Role
We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Specialist to lead influencer outreach, creator partnerships, and campaign execution for client accounts across relevant digital channels. This role is ideal for someone who understands creator ecosystems, brand alignment, campaign performance, and how influencer programs contribute to broader digital marketing goals.
Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate influencers and creators that align with client brand goals, audience fit, and campaign objectives
- Manage outreach, negotiations, onboarding, and day-to-day communication with influencer partners
- Develop campaign briefs, partnership structures, timelines, and content approval workflows
- Coordinate with creative, paid media, and account teams to ensure influencer activity supports broader campaign strategy
- Track campaign performance, creator deliverables, engagement metrics, and conversion indicators
- Maintain a pipeline of vetted creator relationships across priority industries and audience segments
- Monitor influencer marketing trends, platform changes, and competitive activity to inform strategy
- Prepare clear performance summaries and recommendations for internal teams and client reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, social media marketing, or campaign coordination
- Demonstrated ability to source, vet, and manage influencer relationships across major social platforms
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, short-form content, and emerging creator trends
- Experience negotiating deliverables, timelines, usage rights, and partnership terms
- Familiarity with influencer discovery platforms, campaign tracking tools, and reporting workflows
- Working knowledge of FTC endorsement guidelines, disclosures, and brand safety considerations
- Excellent communication, organization, and cross-functional collaboration skills
