Business Psychologist

About This Role
We are seeking a Business Psychologist to support organizational effectiveness, leadership development, employee engagement, and client-facing communication across a fast-paced digital marketing environment. In this role, you will work closely with leadership to strengthen team performance, improve collaboration, and apply evidence-based behavioral insights to business operations, people strategy, and workplace well-being.
Responsibilities
- Conduct organizational assessments and provide actionable recommendations to improve team effectiveness and operational health
- Partner with leadership on employee engagement, manager effectiveness, communication, and culture initiatives
- Design and evaluate internal surveys, feedback programs, and behavioral insights frameworks
- Provide guidance on team structure, collaboration challenges, and interpersonal dynamics across departments
- Support leadership coaching, manager development, and professional growth programs
- Help design training sessions focused on communication, resilience, feedback, and team performance
- Analyze workplace patterns and recommend evidence-based interventions that support retention and productivity
- Collaborate with recruiting and people operations on hiring alignment, onboarding experience, and talent development
Requirements
- Master's degree or PhD in Business Psychology, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in organizational consulting, business psychology, people strategy, or leadership advisory work
- Strong understanding of workplace behavior, motivation, employee engagement, and team dynamics
- Experience designing and interpreting assessments, surveys, or performance feedback frameworks
- Ability to translate research and behavioral insights into practical recommendations for managers and leadership teams
- Excellent written, verbal, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Experience supporting change management, conflict resolution, and culture development initiatives
- Comfort working with qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends and opportunities
